Dan Mezick is a Certified Scrum Master and Scrum coach based in Connecticut. He is
a presenter on Agile topics at Agile2007 and Agile2008. Dan runs the AgileCT usergroup
and Agile Boston user-group and is the Learning and Education Stage Track
Director for Agile2009.
Agile Games
In this fast-paced, experiential session, we will break up into teams and work
through three Scrum sprints. Each team will prioritize and estimate a product
backlog, keep track of important Scrum statistics, and perform the items in the
backlog. This session will provide you with a hands-on understanding of how
Scrum teams operate.
Michael de la Maza is a Technical Fellow at Dynamics Research Corporation.
Previously, he was VP of Corporate Strategy at Softricity (acquired by
Microsoft in 2006) and a co-founder of Inquira. He holds a PhD in Computer
Science from MIT and is a Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Practitioner, and
an IEEE Senior Member.

Giora Morein is a Certified Scrum Trainer and co-founder of BigVisible Solutions.
As an Agile Coach, he specializes in rapidly ramping up new Agile and Scrum teams
through practical training, coupled with hands-on mentoring and consulting. Over
the past three years Giora has focused exclusively on helping large organizations
with their enterprise Agile adoption efforts.
Managing Agile Projects With Team Foundation Server
Team Foundation Server (TFS) has deep support for Scrum and Agile
methodologies. We'll walk through the setup of an agile project, and what a typical
day looks like when the information is stored in TFS. We'll also touch on some of
the reporting capacities of Team Foundation, and how it enables visibility into your
project.
Phil Denoncourt is a .NET consultant, who over the past 7 years has developed a
wide range of .NET applications and has over 20 years experience writing software.
He is the leader of the New England C# User Group and speaks at many venues in
the New England Area on a variety of development topics. Phil is certified in a host
of .NET Technologies including Team Foundation Server, Windows Communication
Framework, SQL 2008, and ASP.NET.
A Whirlwind Tour of Agile Features in VSTS/TFS 2010
Visual Studio Team System 2010 is a major new release with mountains of new
functionality to help you and your team. In this session, Ben will demonstrate
and discuss some of the new Agile project management features coming in Team
Foundation Server 2010.
Benjamin Day (http://blog.benday.com/) is a consultant specializing in the design and development of
applications with Visual Studio Team System. He is a Microsoft MVP for Visual
Studio Team System, conference speaker, and leads the Beantown.NET User Group.
Ben also provides consulting and training on Visual Studio Team System and Team
Foundation Server and is a member of the Visual Studio Team System Customer
Advisory Council and Cloud Services Advisory Group at Microsoft.
